The Case for submission should not have been presented in any other conference or
have been accepted for publication.
The presenting author will be the primary one responsible for the contents of the study
and will be deemed to have taken consent from all the co-authors of the study.
The submission of Case implies the commitment of the author to present the study (if
accepted) in the KIDNEY TRANSPLANT UPDATE 2019.
The Case must be in English. It must be submitted in PPT format. Maximum 10 slides
are allowed and size of the PPT should not exceed 2 MB.
Length of each Case will be 8 Minutes.
The presentation will be done in English language. The presenting author should be
comfortable in presenting the study and answering the questions in English language.
All the Cases are to be uploaded using online Portal. There is no need to send hard
copies by post or by CDs.
The submission deadline will be 15 th Nov 2019 @ 23:59 hrs IST. No Case will be
taken after this deadline. Scientific Committee will review the Case, delegates will be
intimated through Email on acceptance of Case.
